Sick Certificates – we are getting a lot of enquiries from patients requesting confirmation that they are ‘fit to return to work’.  A GP does not provide this.  If you have had a certificate to say you are unfit to work when that expires then you are deemed fit to return to work at that point.  If you need a repeat sick note to extend the period you are off work you can order this online HERE
