How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
If you take medication regularly your doctor may suggest that you can order it as a repeat prescription. You can request a repeat prescription by:
- Hand in your request slip at reception or put in the prescription box on the wall in the ground floor lobby.
- Posting your request slip to us or
- Faxing your request on 020 8773 1801 or
- Using our online request service
- Using a local pharmacy's request service
EMIS Access
EMIS Access will not be available 18/19 April while we undergo some IT upgrade work in the practice. During these dates you will not be able to use the online access for appointments or repeat prescription requests.
If you use the online service to request repeat prescriptions please ensure you order in advance of 18/19 April if your next prescription is due around that time.

To avoid mistakes and to ease telephone congestion WE DO NOT TAKE REPEAT
PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE TELEPHONE.
Please help us by ordering your prescription in good time; allow
at least 72 working hours (3 working days) for your prescription to
be fully processed and do not ask staff to process these more quickly as we do
not have the resources to do so.
When you receive your prescription you may be asked to make an appointment with the doctor or practice nurse. This is to check your health and make sure that no change to your medication is needed.

Please note that the online repeat
prescription service is for straightforward repeat prescription requests
only. We are unable to deal with changes to items, dosage or quantities
through this method. If you need to make a change or ask for a different medication
please contact the practice directly. Thank you.
