Covid Spring Booster Vaccinations

Sutton Health & Care are the organisation who will be organising and administering Covid spring booster vaccinations to housebound patients, who are either over 75 or are immunosuppressed.

Patients will be contacted directly by Sutton Health & Care over coming weeks to arrange a visit with a view to completing the programme by the end of June. 

Patients SHOULD NOT call us to arrange an appointment, Sutton Health & Care Team will call them.

Any ‘general’ enquiries relating to the housebound spring booster campaign should be directed to the Sutton Health and Care single point of access, telephone number 020 8296 4100.

Errors in Mass Vaccination Sites and on going complaints and issues arising due to Admin/Data Entry error.

There is an email address that will solely be addressing all Data Quality issues for Mass Vaccination sites. 

The email address will be monitored and managed between 9-5 every working day. 

We aim to respond to all enquiries with 48hrs if correct details are received regarding complaint/Issue.

S G Barai Pharmacy Covid Vaccination site, 39 Erskine Rd, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 3AT, is now offering Covid-19 vaccinations for 12-15 year olds.  

Patients who may be eligible and need a local site to attend.

They continue to provide 1st, 2nd, 3rd doses and booster doses to all eligible adult patients and 16-17 year olds too.

We have both the Moderna vaccine and Pfizer vaccine.

We offer appointments Monday - Saturday that are bookable via the national booking service and we are open for walk-ins too.

Incorrect or missing recording of your Covid Vaccines?
Vaccine Data Resolution Service

The Vaccine Data Resolution Service (VDRS) aims to resolve missing or incorrect vaccination records for people vaccinated in England who have a current NHS number and are registered with a GP practice in England.

The service has been established by NHS England and NHS Improvement, in partnership with NHS Digital, and is delivered by both the South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW CSU) and by South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS).

The service consists of two main elements:

Outbound service: A pilot of outbound calls was launched on 3 August to patients identified as having a second dose but where no first dose is showing on the national immunisation database (NIMS). This service continues to operate.

Inbound service accessed via 119: Referrals to the VDRS can be made via any of the services accessed via 119.

Please note: 119 and VDRS call agents will not provide clinical advice and cannot assist at this time with queries related to vaccinations received overseas.

If the query relates to personal information that is incorrect on the patient record (e.g. name, address), these will still need to be resolved by their GP practice.

If a member of the public believes they have missing or incorrect COVID-19 vaccination data, please advise them to call 119 and ask the call agent to make a referral to the VDRS team on their behalf. The VDRS team will then call the person back within 5 working days.
